Before contacting us, please read through our most frequently asked questions (and answers to them).
Q. Where can I buy a ticket?
A. Tickets for Positive Vibration are sold exclusively through skiddle.com - if you purchase a ticket from any other site or ticket vendor, this is not a real ticket. Please get in touch if you think you've been scammed.
Q. Can I buy a ticket on the door?
A. Yes, you can buy a ticket at the Box Office, but please be aware that these will be more expensive than pre-sale tickets.
Q. What happens when I arrive at the festival?
A. When you arrive at the festival, please make your way to the Box Office (details of the location will be provided in due course). Once you show proof of purchase (your e-ticket from Skiddle), you will be issued with a wristband. If you are purchasing a ticket on the day, you will also be issued with a wristband once payment has been made.
Q. Are children allowed to the festival?
A. We are a family-friendly festival, so do welcome children + young people, subject to the following conditions:
Anyone under the age of 18 has to be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
Anyone under the age of 18 has to be off site by 9pm on each day of the festival.
Anyone under the age of 18 will be issued with a different coloured wristband, so they are easily identifiable to festival staff.
The great news is that children under the age of 12 are granted free entry to the festival, subject to the purchase of a parent/guardian ticket. For young people aged 12 - 17 years old, we offer a heavily discounted ticket.
Q. Can I transfer or replace my wristband?
A. No, wristbands are non-transferable or non-replaceable.
Q. What time does the festival start and finish?
A. On Friday 11 June 2021, the festival will start at 5pm and finish at 3am. On Saturday 12 June 2021, the festival will start at 12pm and finish at 3am.
Q. Is there a last entry time to the festival?
A. Yes, all wristbands must picked up (or purchased) from the Box Office by 11pm on each day, otherwise you risk being denied entry. Once you have your wristband, last entry to the venues is 2am.
Q. Are the day splits and performance times available?
A. Not yet. They will be released in due course.
Q. Are there any prohibited items I can't bring onto the festival site?
A. You can't bring your own alcohol, food or other refreshments onto the festival site. You are also refrained from bringing glass onto the festival site, which could include drinks bottles or perfume bottles.
Q. Will I be searched?
A. Your bag will be searched upon arrival to the festival.
Q. Can I bring my dog (or any other pet)?
A. No dogs (or other pets) are allowed onto the festival site, unless they are support or assistance dogs.
Q. Can I camp at the festival?
A. No, as we are a metropolitan festival, camping is not available.
Q. What if it rains?
A. As a metropolitan festival, most of the performances and activities will be taking place across numerous venues, therefore, there should be plenty of shelter for everybody.
